Know that all people struggle to define themselves
and their relationships to one another.
Each learns from mistakes and sees them only
after the learning. Not even the eagle can see
the best path in the winds until the flight is
taken. Then comes the knowledge, the learning,
through the experience.
Rest in the beauty of your love for the earth
and know that people, too, are like the tides.
They move in and out of one another, and often
they crash together in the seeming senselessness
of the sea. But all flows together in the current
of the Light. Do not forsake love for the pain
of passing moments, but see the ebb and flow of
all relationships and know that this one, too,
is subject to the lessons you yourself have chosen.
Be free. Be grateful to the impulses which drew
you toward the Light. Bask in that warmth and
flow toward it on the wings of your soul. Be at
peace.
